Digital product licence

A purchase grants the named buyer a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the downloaded files or tool. Copyright, design rights and all other intellectual-property rights remain with Scultra Designs or the credited designer.

Unless the product page expressly says Commercial Licence, you may download the file to your own devices, keep reasonable private backups, modify it for personal use, and create physical prints for your own non-commercial use or as personal gifts.

• You may not sell, trade or distribute physical prints made from the file.
• You may not share, upload, resell, sublicense or redistribute the original or modified digital file.
• You may not make the file available through a repository, marketplace, cloud folder, print-on-demand service or model-training dataset.

Commercial production is allowed only when the product page or a separate written agreement expressly grants a commercial licence. That licence may limit the number of units, sales channels, duration, territory or attribution. Buying a personal licence does not create commercial rights.

A digital tool may be installed or accessed by the buyer on the number of devices or accounts stated on its product page. You may use its output commercially only if the product-specific terms allow it. You may not reverse engineer, copy, resell, rent, sublicense, provide shared access to, or use the tool to build a competing product, except where applicable law expressly permits an act that cannot be restricted.

Check listed file formats, software versions, printer requirements, materials and technical skill before purchase. Results vary by machine, material, slicer settings, environment and user decisions. Test prints and appropriate safety precautions are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do not use a design or tool for a safety-critical, medical, food-contact, children’s, regulated or load-bearing application unless the product page specifically states that it was designed and certified for that use.

Keep download links and account access private. We may replace a faulty file, provide reasonable technical help, or revoke access where there is fraud, chargeback abuse or a material licence breach. Digital refund eligibility is described in the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy.
