By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the policies linked at checkout. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract, or use the website with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorised access.

Product pages identify whether an item is physical, made to order, an STL file, or another digital product. Images are illustrative; colour, texture and small production variations may occur. Measurements and compatibility notes should be checked before ordering.

Prices, currency, applicable taxes, shipping and any other mandatory charges are shown before payment. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation, subject to payment verification and availability. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, unavailable stock or an undeliverable destination.

Payment is processed by the provider displayed at checkout. Scultra does not receive or store your full card number. The payment provider may apply its own terms, identity checks and fraud controls.

Title to a physical product transfers after full payment and delivery. Access to a digital product is conditional on successful payment and continued compliance with its licence.

Buying a digital product gives you a limited licence, not ownership of the design or intellectual property. Unless a product page expressly includes a commercial licence, digital products are for the purchaser’s personal, non-transferable use only.

The detailed Digital Product Licence forms part of these terms. It explains permitted printing, backups, commercial-use options, and prohibited sharing or resale.

The Scultra name, site design, photographs, text, product designs, files and tools are owned by Scultra Designs or the credited designer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, Scultra is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse, or incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase. Our total contractual liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the place from which Scultra Designs operates will have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
