The website and its service providers may also collect device, browser, IP address, cookie, referral, interaction, fraud-prevention and transaction-status information. Payment providers process payment credentials; Scultra does not receive or store your full card number.

We use information to operate the website, process payment, fulfil and deliver orders, provide downloads, manage returns, answer support requests, prevent fraud, maintain security, comply with tax and legal duties, and improve our products and services.

Marketing messages are sent only where permitted. You can unsubscribe from marketing without affecting order or service communications.

Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with services that help us run the store, including Shopify, website hosting, payment processors offered at checkout, delivery carriers, digital-delivery tools, analytics, customer support, professional advisers and authorities where legally required.

These providers may process data in other countries under their own privacy notices and appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

Essential cookies and browser storage keep the store, checkout, security and shopping bag working. Where analytics or advertising cookies are used and consent is required, you will be offered a choice. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but parts of the store may stop working.

We retain order, payment-status, invoice and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet accounting, tax and legal requirements. Other information is deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably needed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your download links and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

The website is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to online data processing or make purchases. We do not knowingly collect their information without appropriate authorisation.
