Shipping & delivery

The five launch planters are made to order and normally dispatch within 3 business days. Other made-to-order and small-run products follow the lead time shown on their product page.

Standard shipping within India is ₹129 for the launch planters. Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch. Any different charge or delivery window is shown before payment.

When tracking is available, we send it to the email used for the order. Please check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly if it is incorrect; we can change it only before packing or dispatch begins.

If a parcel is returned because an address was incomplete, delivery was refused, or collection was missed, we may charge the actual cost of sending it again.

International availability varies by product and destination. Import duties, taxes, customs fees and local handling charges are not included unless checkout expressly says they are. The customer is responsible for these destination charges.

Customs checks and carrier events can extend delivery times. We will help with tracking, but delays outside our reasonable control are not treated as a failure to dispatch on time.

STL files and downloadable digital tools are delivered electronically after successful payment, normally by a secure email or account download link. Delivery is usually available within minutes, but fraud review or payment confirmation can take up to 24 hours.

No physical parcel is sent for a product marked Digital, STL or Download. Keep your order email private and do not publish or share its download link.

If a physical order is late, tracking has stopped updating, or a digital order has not arrived within 24 hours, email hello@scultra.design with the order number and purchasing email. We will investigate with the carrier or delivery service and respond within 2 business days.
